Shipping policy
**Where we deliver.** We currently deliver within **Jaipur, Rajasthan**, from our store
at Vaishali Circle. Enter your pincode or share your location on the website to see
availability and your delivery estimate. Pan-India courier shipping is not offered at
this time; if your area isn't covered yet, WhatsApp us at +91 93529 92446 and we'll
tell you the options.
**Delivery time.** We show an **approximate arrival time** (for example, "Arriving by
1:40 PM") before you order and at checkout, based on your delivery location and current
conditions. Most orders in our quick-delivery zone arrive within about an hour. Arrival
times are best estimates, not guarantees — traffic, weather, and festival-season demand
can add delay. If your order is running significantly late, we'll keep you updated on
WhatsApp.
**Order timings.** We accept quick-delivery orders during store hours (10:00 AM – 9:00
PM, all days), with last orders for same-day delivery at 8:00 PM. Orders placed after
cutoff are delivered the next morning.
**Delivery fees.** Delivery fees and free-delivery thresholds are shown in your cart
and at checkout before you pay. The amount at checkout is final.
**Store pickup.** You can choose free store pickup at checkout — orders are typically
ready in about 30 minutes at Shakambaris, Vaishali Circle. We'll message you when it's
ready; please show your order ID at the counter.
**Payment.** Quick-delivery orders are prepaid (UPI, cards, netbanking via Razorpay).
Cash payment is available on store pickup.
**Your address.** Please ensure your address, location pin, and phone number are
accurate — our rider will call if needed. If we can't reach you or access the address,
the order returns to the store; we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, which may
carry an additional delivery fee. As our products are perishable, orders cannot be left
unattended.
