**Shakambaris — Terms of Service**
These terms govern purchases from the Shakambaris online store, operated by
**Shakambari Distributors**, Shop No. C-03, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302021
(FSSAI Lic. No. 12218026002164 · GSTIN 08ACQPK2383L1Z0).
**Products and pricing.** All prices are in INR and, where MRP is shown, inclusive of
all taxes. We work to keep listings accurate; in case of a pricing or listing error, or
if an item is unavailable after you order, we may cancel the affected item and refund
you in full. Product images are illustrative; packaging may vary.
**Orders.** An order is accepted when we confirm it and begin packing. We may decline
or cancel orders in cases of unserviceable addresses, suspected misuse, or payment
failure — with a full refund of any amount paid.
**Delivery and refunds** are governed by our Delivery Policy and Refund & Replacement
Policy, which form part of these terms.
**Food safety.** Our products are prepared and sold under FSSAI license 12218026002164.
Please check labels for ingredients and allergens (nuts are handled throughout our
facility) and consume within the stated shelf life.
**Shakambaris Circle.** Loyalty points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and
may be earned and redeemed both online and at our store as per the program rules shown
in your account. We may modify or discontinue the program with reasonable notice.
**Promotions** and coupon codes carry their stated conditions and cannot be combined
unless specified.
**Content and conduct.** The Shakambaris name, logo, and site content are our property;
please don't reuse them without permission. You agree not to misuse the site or place
fraudulent orders.
**Liability.** To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited
to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights
under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
**Jurisdiction.** These terms are governed by Indian law; courts at **Jaipur,
Rajasthan** have exclusive jurisdiction.
