From Saas Bahu, Saas Bahu Papad is a papad. Papad and mangodi are sun-dried from urad, moong, chana or potato and are meant to be roasted or fried at home before eating.
Rolled or shaped and sun-dried in the traditional way, so they puff up properly when cooked. Roast on an open flame, microwave, air-fry or deep-fry. Mangodi goes into the classic Rajasthani mangodi ki sabzi.
