Healthy Treat Roasted Pudina Makhana is a roasted makhana from the Healthy Treat range, finished with cool, green mint. Makhana, or fox nuts, are roasted until crisp and tossed in seasonings such as peri peri, pudina, chaat masala, tomato and Himalayan salt with black pepper.
Makhana is roasted dry until it puffs and crisps, then seasoned. No deep frying is involved. A light evening snack, a film-watching bowl, a lunchbox filler, or a fasting-day option depending on the seasoning.
